Specialising in property law and mortgage lending for over a decade, he then established Equititrust in 1993. Tim is a valuer by profession, with Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Property Valuation. He held roles in substantial property development and valuation companies prior to joining Equititrust in 1999. He has worked tirelessly, culminating in his role as Director Lending.

Sid is an accountant by profession and enjoyed a long career in South Africa at the large pastoral company Stockowners Co-operative Limited. Coming to Australia in 2000, he held the role of Financial Controller for a large publicly listed property company prior to joining Equititrust in 2003.
