Mark McIvor, Equititrust’s founder, commenced his commercial career as a partner in a law firm in 1982. Specialising in property law and mortgage lending for over a decade, he then established Equititrust in 1993. He has been responsible for guiding its growth and is passionately committed to investor protection and providing property finance solutions.

Wayne joined Equititrust at its inception in 1993. With a background in hotel management and property, he has been pivotal in Equititrust’s lending team.

Tim is a valuer by profession, with Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Property Valuation. He held roles in substantial property development and valuation companies prior to joining Equititrust in 1999. He has worked tirelessly, culminating in his role as Director Lending.

After a successful career in real estate with a national firm, Ross joined Equititrust in 1994. He played a significant role as a Senior Lending Manager prior to his elevation to Director Investments in 2001. Ross holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.

Chief Financial Officer

Sid is an accountant by profession and enjoyed a long career in South Africa at the large pastoral company Stockowners Co-operative Limited. Coming to Australia in 2000, he held the role of Financial Controller for a large publicly listed property company prior to joining Equititrust in 2003.
